In a previous question posed by East Area Panel, the background information provided by the resident referenced a case regarding anti-social behaviour and a sensitive let.
This contained no personal data as per the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR). Anyone who is not aware of the case and its specifics will not be able to identify any individuals from the information given.
The council takes data protection very seriously, with staff having regular training on GDPR and they are aware that personal data should not be shared in reports.
